Good efficient service.Bed computer very useful.Assistant (James) extremely helpful.

Served by both Jack and Mark at the Bedford - Retail Park Branch - very good service and very knowledgeable, patient and helpful staff.

James was courteous and understanding of our needs and encouraged us to try and check a number of beds, just what we needed! The only problem arose with Barclays finance who required further ID info and we had to return the following day.

James at the Bedford Store was very helpful - he knew all of the processes that needed to be undertaken and was very good with the application for Credit . He was a cheery guy and we also had a bit of a giggle.

The Stores assistant Cathryn was friendly and efficient and quickly identified what we were looking for. The order was processed easily and a delivery date identified. A subsequent phone call to Cathryn to change the delivery date was organised without fuss.

The choice of beds at the store was fantastic and the store was set out well so it was easy to browse around. The salesman who assisted us (Mark) was very knowledgeable about the beds we were looking at and was happy to wait while we deliberated over two particular storage beds (the Sana bed and the Showan). He explained how the hydraulic pistons worked in both cases and explained the differences between a slatted base and a solid base, and which might prove the better option given the mattress we had selected. He explained the pricing and organised as good a deal as he could for us which was great seeing as we ended up buying the more expensive bed! He was polite and courteous at all times and we felt that nothing was too much trouble for him. He is an excellent ambassador for your store
