We were directed to appropriate products quickly, given relevant information and given time to decide with no pushy sell. When we ordered this was quick and efficient. All done in 39 mins!

The store Manager and his staff were all very helpful and extremely accommodating to my wife and I, we were offered a drink. The coffee made by the manager was excellent whilst going through the order. The staff had great knowledge of the products I was looking at and purchased. Will also purchase another bed for my parents due to the friendliness of the Bedord store.
