Friendly staff who didn’t rush or crowd us. Knowledgeable and we used the sleepmatch machine which was great to know we weren’t just making a snap decision. We were offered tea and coffee and juice for our children and given plenty of time to try the suggested mattresses. They even let me charge my phone while ordering!

I was very happy with the service I received from Tilly at the Interchange store Bedford. She was friendly and helpful without being over bearing. she was very knowledgeable about the beds you sell and helped me find the right one (with the aid of the assessor machine!) I can't wait to receive my new bed!

Our dreams colleague Russell was so helpful, not over pushy, listened to our needs, very knowledgeable, even offered us coffee which was fantastic as making decisions is hard, do I dare say a pleasure to shop, would recommend Dream’s it lives up to its name
