The professionalism of the lady serving me was outstanding. Her name was Cathryn. It was clear she knew the products from experience but understood what our needs were and matched the products accordingly. Nothing was too much trouble for her, even when we had to amend the order late on. I felt confident with her advice; she was not pushy and allowed me time to consider options. In all, she did everything to support us in purchasing our beds.

He's been very patient as we made the purchase at closing time with two little children and he did not put pressure at all. We felt very well looked after. It was quick and easy to find the bed I was looking for and the workers were very friendly and knew about the produces.
