Because they were very tentative to our needs for the right beds and mattresses within our budgets, took time to discuss every details with us.

Went to the store a day before to check out the beds and staff were very friendly and explained everything. Didn’t get tired of us going up and down the shop comparing prices and asking questions. So amazing experience and definitely will be going back in future

We were greeted by Cathryn (Bedford Interchange Retail Park store), she was very welcoming and lovely to deal with. She asked how she could help and went to a lot of trouble to establish what we needed. She tried to use the sleep machine bed to establish my son's sleeping pattern and what mattress would be best for him, but unfortunately the machine was not working. It was no problem as she showed us lots of different options, found the right sort of pillow for him to use when trying out beds, and was extremely patient and kind. Nothing was too much trouble and she had all the knowledge and expertise. We ended up with something much better than we had hoped for and were very pleased.

Russell the member of staff who dealt with us was very knowledgeable and friendly and understood our needs. He suggested we took advantage of the mattress experience machine and on the strength of that we were able to buy the correct mattress for us.

The staff in this store (Kempston, Bedford) were very accommodating and at hand to assist with any questions. I was assisted by Mark, who was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Mark answered all the questions I had, and spent time going through all the different bedframes that matched my requirements, helping me to measure and check their stock availability with me. Mark went above and beyond, to ensure that I was happy and that I had chose the right bed frame to fit my bedroom. Mark provided exceptional customer service.

Staff offered advice & recommendations but were not intrusive or pushy. Did not feel pressured to buy.
