When we needed assistance mark was on hand to answer all our questions, took measurements for us, explained in detail the differences between products, and our available options. Mark was never ever pushy, really courteous and helpful, and just the right amount of friendliness, whilst clearly knowing his stuff. Once we had chosen what we wanted to buy, Mark suggested a few extra items which we realised we would need and would otherwise have overlooked, but this didn't feel at all like trying to push sales on us. Mark took us through the ordering process step by step, letting us check the order carefully on screen. As far as we are concerned he couldn't have been a better sales assistant, or indeed a better representative of Dreams. Based on our experience, Dreams will be our first port of call when we need to buy more bedding

As a first time buyer of a bed, it can be quite overwhelming with all the options out there, but I felt the staff were very supportive. In particular, Mark who went through a variety of options with me and was very positive about what products I could purchase given my budget, so I appreciated that. I also liked how every step in ordering my bed was explained to me and I didn't feel like I was being pressured into buying things I did not need

Everyone was very helpful

The staff James and Mark were very helpful and knowledgeable about the products, and also took the time to explain when I was unsure about a couple of issues, they were both extremely courteous and polite.

We were greeted by Jack when entering the store and made us feel welcome and assisted us with our enquirey regarding a suitable mattress.He explained in detail the various options and recommended we used the mattress assessment facility,which we did.Following his recommendation we chose a suitable mattress based on the findings

Although at the present time we live in Luton - when we were ready to place our order we travelled the 20 miles (approximately) to the Interchange Retail Park branch near Bedford (and not our local branches) as we had experienced exceptional customer service from both Cathryn and Tilly on our previous visits whilst considering our purchases. Both these ladies are a credit to your company.
