We had a good range of product to choose from. Staff were helpful but not intrusive or pushy.

Very efficient service and friendly approach. Helpful staff and took time to demonstrate the mattresses and more importantly listened to my requirements.

Staff in the Bedford branch were very helpful especially Tilly. She was friendly and explained about different mattress types after we chose the bed we wanted.

The retail assistant greeted us but did not come over immediately. He had an easy, non-pushy manner, and i felt he understood our needs and budget. He gave us time to talk and think about our purchase without him present.
