The assistant was pleasant and we were under no pressure to buy at any time. The use of a test bed to determine bed suitability was impressive and reduced the search range impressively. The individual beds were available to test for comfort and support including those not in our preferred list i.e. memory foam. We also bought new pillows one of which, interior sprung type, I had been looking for for years. A good experience all round

Buying a mattress is not easy; trying to satisfy the needs of 2 people when there is so much choice. We were helped by Jack in the Bedford store and he was excellent and guided us with our selection; without being pushy and too attentive as some people can be. We do have a bit of a wait for our mattress so I can't comment if we have made the right choice but he did give us as much information as he could.

Our salesman James at the Interchange Retail Park was extremely knowledgeable about the products being sold at the shop. He answered all of our questions quite clearly which meant that the bed we have bought with mattress should meet our needs very well.

We saw Cathryn a couple of weeks ago to receive a quote for our son’s bunk beds. We returned to the store today to go ahead with the order and discussed needing a new bed for ourselves. Cathryn was amazing at recommending mattresses for our needs as well as pillows to help keep us cool. We had our 2 year old and 5 year old sons with us and Cathryn was incredible with them throughout. Her colleagues Tilly and Mark also helped entertain the children with colouring sheets so that Cathryn was able to go through the order with us.
