Really friendly staff. Offered to help us straight away and talked us through options and helped us make our choice. This one done in a knowledgeable and friendly way. We didn’t feel pressured into a sale. Just friendly and helpful the whole time!

From the start, entering the show room I was left to browse for about ten minuets, then I was approached by a sales assistant, who was very knowledgeable on every product which was recommended for me, after going on the dreams simulator, she was friendly, not rushing me understanding that I have fibromyalgia and the need for comfort and support along the shoulders, pelvic area hips and spine, a multitude of choice was shown to me, and I am very happy with the choice I have made. The ease of placing the order was lovely and I felt so comfortable with the Barnstaple branch of Dreams, what a truely lovely group of ladies, I would reccommend them to anyone looking for a bed and mattress. Best experience I've had on purchasing something like this. Well done ladies.

Lauren and Abby made this an enjoyable experience. There was no hard selling, but patient, friendly advice, which enabled me to purchase items without feeling pressurised. If I felt the latter, I would have left the store. They had excellent product knowledge, something which you see so rarely. They were practical, friendly and feel that there should be more types like Abby and Lauren in other stores. They made this an enjoyable experience.

We visited the Dreams store in Barnstaple and Lauren assisted us, she was really friendly and knowledgeable and understood what we were looking for. We did the sleep match and chose a mattress after trying many, the next day we changed our minds and Lauren was really helpful and accommodating. Our order was changed and delivery date adjusted with no problems at all.

Lauren served me and was very friendly from the moment I walked in. Knew about the products, made me tea, basically looked after me and ensured I got the right bed and mattress. She was unable to get the free mattress protector straightaway for me to take home, but brought it to my address after work! Top customer service.

The assistant was so friendly and helpful the whole experience was amazing.

The assistant was not too pushy and gave us as much time as we wanted to try out the various mattresses, she explained the 40 night sleep promise and how to change the mattress if we were not happy with it.
