Excellent really nice staff

The salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable, and made it a very pleasant shopping experience. I felt assured that the items being bought were of a high quality and that I was buying from a company who placed customer service of great importance . I was assured that if I needed help with anything concerning the purchase and subsequent delivery I could contact the store and they would be pleased to help. The cup of tea I was given on arrival was a nice touch and was well appreciated! Excellent service. Y

The lady who served us and her colleagues made us feel welcome and were very informative and weren’t at all pushy. They were friendly answered all our questions and gave us time to digest the information before we made a decision. I must say that Caroline was excellent and a very good sales person. I was just showing my husband the bed we liked and ended up buying one as Caroline went through our experience expertly. Thank you Caroline and colleagues at the Barnstaple store.

Excellent service. Attentive, friendly and informative. Was able to find what I was looking for with invaluable help from Abigail. 15 minutes after entering the store transaction was completed.
