The girls were pleasant and knowledgeable. Not rushed at all

I enjoyed shopping at Dreams in Barnstaple but mainly this was down to the assistant, Pip. She was very helpful and courteous; which makes a change from the usual surly, uninterested staff customers have to deal with in most shops these days. S J Cooper

The store assistant was really lovely, professional, she knew her products, very efficient and a fantastic sense of humour. It was an absolute delight to shop at your store.

The 2 staff members that dealt with us could not have been more helpful, friendly and patient. We had our 10 month old daughter with us when visiting the store so everything probably took a little longer than normal but this was absolutely no issue for them at all! Couldn’t be happier with the service we received.

The lady who helped me, called Lauren, was such a fabulous member of your staff. She was friendly, helpful, highly knowledgeable and professional. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and sorted everything out fast and professionally. She even made us all a cup of coffee. She was very lovely and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dreams purely because of her. She was in the Barnstaple store on 9th November at 5pm.

The staff were polite and friendly. They ensure COVID regulations were adhered to throughout the visit. This didn't stop us from being able to try beds and pillows. We were able to walk around the store with our assistant and try out as many options as we wanted. We noted that everything was sprayed by another assistant once we had finished testing the mattresses.
