Amazing service. Such a positive experience.knowledgable and I am more than satisfied with the entire visit

We were visiting various shops to find a new bed. Dreams was the first shop we entered and Lauren made us feel comfortable while we were browsing. Our children were getting board and Sophie then asked them if they wanted to go and do some colouring and kept them entertained before other customers came in while Lauren continued offering expert advice in helping us choose and make our purchase. We can not thank the staff enough for how they made us feel and helped us during our visit to the shop.

I am moving to North Devon and needed a new bed, I saw Dreams store was near by so popped in to see what they had avaialble. The customer Service i received was amazing, we were not rushed, we were listenned to, we had a giggle we other staff and ended up placing an order. A great experience and a great team you have in Roundswell.

We had only just started thinking of replacing our bed and went to Dreams to get some idea of options and prices but not to buy. We made an appointment for the 'log test' to determine the support requirements for both of us, after the test Abby took us to one mattress to try and we were immediately impressed. She guided us to various mattresses to assess which we preferred, without quoting prices which was good as this did not distort our decision. After choosing a mattress she then asked if we needed a base - answer yes. Abby then ran through the options and we decided to go for a metal frame, she also too into account the colour of our bedroom and what would match.

Plenty of staff around to help, everyone was welcoming and happy to answer all our questions

Just all round generally a good experience from start to finish.
