Lauren is really knowledgeable about all the products in the store, she helped us choose the correct bed and mattress for our needs, she ensured the date for delivery and pick up of existing beds and mattresses was suitable to us, she also supplied us with enough covers for all the mattresses. Lauren is lovely and bubbly, it was a pleasure dealing with her, thank you for everything!

The staff were really friendly and understanding. My son was sick and they provided us with wipes and kitchen roll and told us not to worry and to take our time. They were lovely

The shop was clean and the sales staff friendly and relaxed. The staff did not hover over me and allowed me to just look around by myself. The ordering process was quick and I was given all the info I needed about delivery etc.
