For the first time in a long time it was a pleasure to be met with someone that knew what they were taking about and was prepared to go the extra mile in looking after us. Big thank you to Lauren who understood that my partner was vulnerable and went out of her way to limit the transaction to as little personal contact as possible.

Staff were happy and friendly tested the mattress that suits my needs ,because i suffer with back pain ,very knowledgeable about what mattress would b better for me Thank you

The Manageress Lauren was very helpful and understanding. My Partner is waiting for a hip operation. We had made an appointment and Lauren and her Assistant were very welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and we finished up trying most of the beds in the showroom. Coffee was also made available and my Partner felt that she had had a day out rather than a visit to a store to buy a bed. Thank You Dreams we look forward to receiving our purchase.

The colleague (sorry can’t remember her name) was really helpful. Even got us some pillows to try while finding the right mattress. We even bought the pillows coz they were so comfy. She also made us aware of warranties etc but was not pushing hard sales on us which we much prefer!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was not pushed into making my choice and gave me time to select what I needed.

Helpful, knowledgable, patient, good humoured. We knew roughly our requirements which were taken on board by Sophie who came up with options that filled the bill. We were able to fully benefit from the store offers with her assistance. Lets hope the bed and mattress are as good as the staff !! We were surprised by the early delivery date given - 6 days.

It was so easy, we told the assistance what we were looking for and they showed exactly the right mattress.

Knowledge and helpfulness and happy to laugh with us. A pleasant experience even though costly. :-)
