Dreams - Barnstaple

The member of staff who served us was so friendly and personal and made the experience just a general pleasure!!! The store was clean and quiet at the time we went and the other staff who were even on their break were happy to jump in to help us as well by offering to switch the mattresses from one bed to another. Great staff. Great store.

Sophie was fantastic at helping us choose a suitable mattress and bed frame. At no point did we feel rushed, and she went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied with our purchase.

We were greeted on arrival by a friendly member of staff, we was looking for specific mattresses which we shortlisted online, the staff member explained that not all mattresses were avaiable in store but had close alternatives we could try.

The 2 x ladies in store were very helpful and made us feel so at ease at the Barnstable shop. We had a laugh as well.

Overall experience was fantabulous
