Very friendly lady who listened, suggested and explained very well

We were greeted at the door and having explained our requirements we were shown a selection of mattresses. Having selected our choice the sale went smoothly and timely being given details of delivery and recycling procedures. A very pleasing experience.

When entering the Ashford store we were immediately greeted by Emma. She was very informative and knew her products. Nothing was too much trouble for her despite obviously suffering to move easily following a car accident. Emma gave us good options but was not pushy and left us to consider those options. We were offered coffee too. The reason we purchased there and then was because she was able to give us a firm delivery date and assurance that that date would be met.

Our sales assistant was very helpful and friendly, she went through everything with us and explained things very clearly. Our mattress is due to arrive in 2 weeks time but we have no delivery time yet for the bed we ordered, 12 weeks minimum, but we expected to wait so are not yet disappointed. We hope it comes quicker but are waiting to see. Overall the team were great and we'd definitely go back again.

I found what I was looking for, had to wait for another customer to finish their order, then the assistant came to us apologising for the wait, quickly processed our order, and we were delighted with the delivery date only being ten days.

We knew what we wanted to buy, and as it was not in the shop, were encouraged to try the sleep machine, which we were happy to do. As a result we have bought a mattress that we won't have to turn and it's made in the UK.
