I found the whole experience enjoyable, due to the professionalism of the staff. My husband & I found the the sleep match machine was great for allowing us to find the mattress right for us. It gave us the opportunity to make the right decision for our needs. This all came about through the help of Kelly (Aintree Liverpool)

hi i went in dreams with my business partner and his wife, to find out which temprur matress were the best for our needs. we had no intention of purchasing on saturday. just looking. as you dont do blue light discount. we were approched by naomi to see if we needed any help, she asked us all what we were looking for in a bed and what sort of price rang if we didant mind saying. she showed us a machine at the front of the shop and took us round many of the beds letting us try them. at no time did she try forcing us to buy, i had said i wasant going to because of the no blue light discount. when naomi new we had found the right mattress for each of us and new we liked the adjustable bases, then and only then did she ask if she could get a price together for everything we wanted in one order. we excepted this but we were still thinking of waiting till black friday and see what happens with the prices. she came back with nealy 10% of the hole order which came to 5228.64 so we completed the order with here being so nice and helpfull. thanks

From the minute we walked in laura asked what we were looking for she showed us all the different options ofmattress we could choose from I was asking lots of questions I explained I had bought 5 mattress in the last year as I have a lot of health problems u told her I needed two pillows and she got me two and walked round from bed to bed carrying them up and down the shop nothing was too much trouble for her she is amazing at her job explaining everything as I got on and off lots of beds I would like to thank laura so very much what a lovely kind and caring young lady 10 out of 10 will definitely recommend to family and friends can't wait to have my bed delivery which I get on the 22nd of December I I promise to go back after a week to tell Laura how my new bed is thank you Laura thank you dreams was made to feel so important. XXX

We intended to get a Black Friday deal but once we had a go on the mattress finder and then we had the assistance to try all of the mattresses labelled then we decided on going for the best mattress possible. Help was amazing and speed of purchase and delivery even better.

Shop assistant was extremely helpful. Allowing us to compare various mattresses.

Nicola was amazing. We went with a low budget and she worked with it. Although we didn’t like what we could afford for our cash price, we talked about finance options and went for a better bed and mattress. She was patient with us and listened to all our needs.
