I was greeted and assisted immediately on entering the store. Thew store assistant (Debi, Aintree) was very friendly.really listened and paid attention to my needs. She wasn't pushy but was knowledgeable. She made me feel really comfortable inspite of the weirdness of lying down in a shop. I would come back to Dreams because of her - she is the perfect saleswoman

On entering the store I was met by a very nice lady who was extremely helpful and showed me round to the items I was interested in. I only went in to browse but ended up purchasing a bed

Had ordered an Emma mattress was had already waited 2 weeks for delivery. Totally unhelpful service from them. Dreams staff were lovely and went out of way to get me sorted with the right mattress ASAP and delivery within days of bank holiday.

Debi was very knowledgeable about beds and mattresses excellent customer service. Debi was friendly and not a bit pushy . A really lovely lady and would certainly recommend Aintree store to family and friends in fact a friend is going to buy a mattresses there.
