Dreams - Aintree - New

There was a problem with the assembly cost and it took some time and a phone call to IT people to resolve it .

The staff were very friendly and helpful during my visit

Sales rep James checked other stores for shop display stock and confirmed available to view

Laura at Aintree branch who dealt with us was super professional & so wise couldn't of asked for a better advisor loved her

the staff were very helpful and were avialble when i need help also offered to check goods which had been on the shop floor which were for sale at a reduced price and not a long draged out perched

The sales advisor Naomi was extremely helpful. We were unsure what we were looking for and she helped find us a mattress that suited us both, and a bed we love with extra storage.

Kelly was extremely friendly and spent a really long time helping us find the perfect bed. We are moving down south and didn't really have a clue about what we were after, but she asked lots of questions and figured out what we wanted. She phoned multiple Dreams stores down there to see if they had the bed we initially picked out. Even though the down south stores weren't able to assist us Kelly was able to take the vague ideas we had for a bed and find us the perfect one. We're so excited to get it delivered into our first house. Thank you so much Kelly for you support, you made finding our first ever bed a hugely positive experience.

We went to Aintree in Liverpool and there was James. He knew what we wanted and tried to find the very best for us. We can't recommend this shop enough. We are so happy with our bed and mattress
