Really great help from sales assistant

Very friendly staff and recommend a good product. Didn’t have a huge selection within our price range in store but found our mattress with the help of the staff.

We were very well looked after and given our lack of knowledge everything was explained really well. Joe who looked after us was patient and answered all our questions.

Overall it was a pleasant atmosphere, friendly layout and easy to see prices and availability of options. The sales assistant James was very pleasant and helpful and in the end recommended a bed that we ended up purchasing.

We got to try out the new bed to see what was best for us ,friendly staff no pushy sales

I was helped to make an informed choice based on my needs and the assistants knowledge

I was recommended by a family member to go to Dreams-the assistant I dealt with was really helpful-knew what I was after and gave me good suggestions-I went just after Christmas when the sale had started and she showed me a mattress that had a big reduction-which I subsequently purchased.
