We spoke to James at Dreams Aintree originally who took me through the process of finding the correct mattress. James used the interactive machine were I was asked to lie on the bed and watch the process of finding the correct mattress. This process was really good. James had great knowledge and his customer service was brilliant. When I returned to complete the sale I spoke to Debi who made the process straightforward.

I felt welcomed as Naomi greeted me and my partner at the door, she started by letting us try the machine which determines the right mattress for the both of us. We had been to two other stores including Speke and we where not greeted nor neither of us knew where to start looking so we where grateful for Naomi and her patience with us. Thankyou to all the team in Aintree who helped us pick and order our new mattress.

James helped me choose a bed and mattress for my tall (6 foot 4) son. He was very helpful and showed us the Sleepmaster and then took us around the showroom to show us what mattress was suitable for my son. He then took us around the upstairs floor to show us the beds. We ordered both a bed and mattress for my son and he is made up waiting for them to be delivered. James also mentioned any little extras that were available with the bed. We ended up also purchasing a mattress protector and I got a pillow for myself. Overall we were very happy with the service provided by James. Thanks James! 😊
