The bed frame that I've chosen is produced only in one color , I wish I had other options.

I tried to order my bed online (as I get cash back through my employer) and it would not accept it. There were 2 different prices for assembly and I chose the cheaper one. The website didn’t state what the difference was between the 2 prices, so I had to call to place my order. The helpful agent confirmed the difference between the assembly costs and I had chosen the wrong one. It would be good if it was more clear on the website. I lost out on my cash back due to then ordering over the phone.

I purchased a bed and mattress I ask for some free pillows which were given but when I got home and looked at the bill I had been charged £20.00 for them which I thought was wrong
