We were met as we entered the store and asked if we needed help I told het what we were looking for and was asked the price range. We were then taken to the appropriate beds. Saving and time wandering around the store. She was very attentive and gave great advice about the bed

Left to browse to pick what we wanted. Not hassled. Friendly staff. Efficient and quick service.

The very friendly assistant was extremely helpful, nothing was to much trouble, even to dropping off the bags for our old bed to the house when we forgot to take them from the shop.

Question was not really relaxant

The salesman James was faultless.Nice approachable ,knowledgeable bloke. I'm aware of the cost of beds regardless of the supplier and find the bases to be expensive for what they are. Especially in the case of a timber framed devan.But needs must. Mattresses....well you kinda get what you pay for I guess. The 2month lead time is especially annoying.
