The team in Aintree were very welcoming and made the experience special, they made me felt valued throughout my experience in store and were very knowledgeable about the different types of beds you sell.

Excellent service from debbi

The store was clean and well laid out. I was approached promptly by Laura who had incredible knowledge and understood my problem with my current bed and talked me through a number of options so that I don't have the same problem again. She discussed manufacturer warranties and offered advice on what she thought was best for my needs. Upon settling on the brand (tempur) we discussed a number of options regarding sleeping position and comfort levels. She then put us on the machine to check what our options were for firmness and looked at other options of beds. The service from Dreams Aintree was incredible and I had planned to view a number of beds from different retailers, but based on the service and advice, I bought a Tempur there and then. Laura and Naiomi are a real credit to your organisation!

From our arrival at the store through to our eventual decision, Laura was exceptionally helpful in ensuring we were offered refreshments, carrying pillows to each bed we tried and had in depth knowledge of the products. All done without any pressure to buy, Which is unusual in these types of stores and very much appreciated. Well done Laura

I'd visited several other bed shops over the weekend and had not been impressed by the sales colleagues in these shops. I went into your Aintree branch and had the good fortune to be greeted by a very nice lady called “Debi” who was very chatty but not pushy. I used the sleep match thingy and she let me try a few mattresses. No hard sell and some great advice on things like pillows. Debi just displayed good old customer service and she got me the right mattress and pillows and a mattress protector and only took me slightly over my budget.
