I only went to look... not to buy. But the assistant was so helpful and understanding that she made it easy to look for what I was after. She was patient knowlegeable and gave me prices for a variety of alternatives. She was encouraging but not pushy and honestly despite having to ring my husband several times to discuss the matter, I was in and out in less than an hour... feeling very satisfied and relaxed... which is not something I usually experience when buying a large item. Assistant was very helpful while choosing kids beds so much so we went back to the same person to get our mattress
