Dreams - Aintree - New

Heather was brilliant going through choices of products explained everything as we went along until I made the decision to buy at the end looking forward to delivery of are Dreams bed.

Heather approached ourselves upon our entrance to the store and was friendly, polite and helpful throughout. Her knowledge of products was brilliant considering she was a new member of staff! All covid related issues were explained to us, including social distancing and how the store was being cleaned and Heather even managed to sort a deal out for a discount on our product which was greatly welcomed at this time of year. Delivery is scheduled early January and we cannot wait for our new bed and mattress to arrive! 10/10 for service and 10/10 for heathers hard work, truly a credit to the company!
