Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly let us look at all the options without feeling any pressure to buy . Altogether an excellent service

I was directed to where the ottoman beds were and shown the various options. The member of staff was friendly and knowledgeable and did not pressure me into a decision.

Heather from the Aintree Retail Dreams store was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We had our young daughter with us and Heather ensured the shopping experience was everything we needed. We tried out the stimulator bed machine to see what mattress would suit me and my partner and Heather talked us through all our different options of mattresses and also recommended the temper pillows for myself and my partner which we love. We were also offered drinks during our visit and made very welcome. Thankyou very much Heather

Came to store on speculation and found exactly what we wanted at good price

We entered the store with luckly no queue outside. The door was opened for us by a member of staff and we were shown to the hand sanitising station. Within less than a minute of being in the store a member of staff approached us and took us to show the bed we had seen online. The compared it to another bed we had looked and giving us all the information to ensure we made the choice that fitted us best. The mattress was available to take on the day & my student discount was applied. We were offered a drink & plenty of time was taken we were also informed of the covid restrictions with how many people were aloud in the shop which was very reassuring.

We visited Dreams on the 28th December with an idea of what we wanted after looking at a variety of options online. Upon arrival, a young girl by the name of Heather asked us if we needed any assistance. She showed us to the bed we had seen online and answered any questions we had thoroughly. We were incredibly satisfied with Heather’s level of knowledge and how thoroughly she answered all of our questions. After this, we were honest in telling Heather that we had seen another bed at another bedstore that we very much felt could also be the bed for us. At no point did we feel pressure from her to rush into a purchase. Eventually, we returned the next day and purchased the bed from Dreams, with Heather guiding us through the transaction. Although we have fallen in love with our bed of choice, we do want to say that part of the reason we made this purchase was Heather. She was so helpful, friendly, professional and personable. A credit to the Dreams team! Thank you so much Heather, we hope you enjoy your gin and pink soda!

Very friendly staff, tried a mattress that put my hip out, and scared the poor fella by yelping loudly. He got me a seat to sit on and a bottle of water to sip on. When I eventually chose a bed, I still had a couple of shops to browse nearby, but they just ignored me and so I decided to come back to Dreams.
