I spoke to the store manger who guided me to the product I required. Spent time with me and called me back. Also made the whole process simple and clear for me as I wanted.

Very friendly staff clean shop and good knowledge of the products

I was highly satisfied because the person that served us was very helpful and nothing was to much trouble for her as we didnt really know what type of mattress we were looking for she went to the trouble of showing us a good variety and using the special machine to lay on is very good it gives you a good idea

I went to dreams to get a bed and mattress but could not remember the name of the bed I was going to get; had a look at 2 beds but was unsure could only remember the letters of the beds; when I got to the shop the assistant who was helping me said I no the 2 beds you have been looking at and she was right she all so gave me some help in picking the mattress

Fantastic environment. Ideally relaxing for making this purchase. Lovely, helpful assistant. Delighted with the assessment bed which identifies the correct mattress. I have ex already recommended Dreams to family and colleagues

The young lady that looked after us was very helpful friendly and efficient.Offered us bottled water and practiced social distancing . The bed we ordered was not in stock but we were able to put down a deposit to enable us to purchase the bed we wanted.

We were welcomed as soon as we entered the store & asked if we needed any help, the lady who serve us was amazing and very helpful and knew what we needed, she was helpful and very friendly and is a credit to the store in aintree, she processed are payment and we had the manager waiting for us ready to take it who also very helpful and friendly, I would highly recommend going to this store to anybody I know
