I had seen an item online and called my local store (Aintree) to ask if it was in stock as I wanted to physically see it to see if it was suitable. I spoke to Max who said it was in store and I could go in to see it. It was actually Max who immediately approached me to welcome me to the store and asked if I needed any help. He was very polite and took me straight to the item I had wanted to see. I decided to purchase the items and he dealt with my order very efficiently. At no time did I feel under pressure with pushy sales tactics (that would have made me turn right round and walk out!). Very happy with the service. Thanks Dreams and Max!

Lindsey the sales person was amazing offered to lie myself on the bed which suggests the firmness of the mattress I need. Then showed me about 4/5 different mattresses to try and also they had a range of prices too.

On visiting the Aintree Liverpool store the assistant (Lindsey) was so very helpful and efficient with everything we asked and needed information about. It was a very pleasant experience considering the COVID times where in!! Would highly recommend visiting this store to anyone. Thank you!!

Not having access to the store, I was firstly apprehensive ordering such an item over the phone. I got through to one of the Sales people very quickly and he was very helpful and explained everything. Having had a similar mattress precious, we were happy with the quality. The item was in stock and in fact the delivery is taking place in under a week. This is very good service and I cannot thank the Sales Assistance enough.
