From entering the store to leaving the store was a amazing visit we were seen by a man called maximillan he had short grey hair and tattoos on his arms was very friendly down to earth listened to are every needs showed us what we were looking for and the benefits of the items was very pleased with the whole experience I had been to alot of bed stores that day and they all felt like I was dealing with old style sales men that were just after my money and not wanting to look after me the customer so this was like a massive breath of fresh air was a great experience

The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable and couldn’t do enough to help us find our perfect bed. We have never had this kind of service choosing a bed before and it made a massive difference to our experience. We used the bed finder to get the perfect bed, mattress and pillows to suit our needs, which is tricky for me sometimes with having chronic pain but the staff made finding my perfect bed a dream.

The two staff members I dealt with were lovely and really friendly. Listened to what we wanted and gave us the best available option. Very professional but personable.

Was approached straight away upon entering the show room and left in quick time with what we wanted.

My father was just out of hospital and needed an adjustable bed ASAP I first called the shop in Aintree who invited us to come in whilst taking the details of our needs and by the time we arrived they had source the correct product for us. We took my father in in his wheelchair and the staff were fabulous offering hydration to my father noticing he he thirsty. We received not only an excellent service but over and above attention to detail. Thank you to the team at Aintree for your hard work you resolved a stressful situation for the family
