The staff where very welcoming when entering the store. They offered me a drink which I declined.They let me look around but where helpful when I needed to ask questions, polite,and well mannered.

Manager was great very friendly and good knowledge very helpful

Both Max and Jonny were extremely pleasant and professional. Max' knowledge of his store and effort to find the best product for us was impressive and greatly appreciated.

We have used Dreams for all our beds, we have recently moved up here from Brighton so when we required something for the bedroom we came straight to Dreams, we found Lindsey to be very usefull in as much as to go to the second floor and carry down a bedside cabinet to show us , very kind of her because she obviously noticed I was walking using two sticks, you dont get that kind of service elsewhere. I wasn't sure what I wanted when I entered the store but Naomi who served me was very friendly and helpful whilst staying professional. She showed me all my options without being pushy until I was happy and satisfied with my purchase.
