Salesman was fantastic, only went in for a look but he understood our needs and assessed us both then explained fully what was best for us. No rush service and stayed with us all the time answering questions but left us to talk and come to our decision. 5 star treatment

We have bought a new house and got rid of our old bed as it was uncomfy and we want a fresh new house and bedroom! and a good nights sleep! The store assistants were fabulous help, they valued our custom and really got to know our needs! 10/10

Debi was incredibly attentive, she put us on the sleep master, which recommended the firmness of the mattress we required. She offered us drinks and showed us a variety of mattresses which would suit our needs.There was no pressure to buy a bed, despite spending over two hours in store. If she needed to deal with another customer she was apologetic and asked if we minded, but came back, straight away once she had finished helping that customer. Debi went through a variety of finance options and delivery dates for our order. Even once we had completed the order she said that if we needed any further assistance whether it would be changing the delivery date, not hesitate contacting her. Honestly the best customer service I have received and would gladly recommend Dreams Aintree to anyone, wanting to purchase a new bed.She is a real asset to the company.
