Max was very helpful, I explained I was buying a mattress for my mum who had came out of hospital so needed a comfortable, supportive mattress. He showed me around all of the mattresses he suggested would be most suitable, and was patient while I tested each one. He went above and beyond to help me out and I have one very happy Mum now!

The sales assistant was knowledgeable , friendly, very helpful. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

Naomi approached us during our first visit to the showroom. We were quite overwhelmed with choice. She took time to help us with the dream mattress finder and showed us some options. She kindly offered us some drinks and went through both features and benefits of our chosen product. We wanted to go away and think about it. Naomi told our details and said she’d call with an update of product offers which she did. We went back in after hearing of The offers that were available on the mattress of choice

The service was excellent, very thorough. We used the special scanner bed thing and the assistant listened to everything we said about what we needed in a mattress. We tried various mattresses to ensure we purchased the right one for us.

Lindsey was very helpful and understanding, the bed we purchased was for my son age 13 trying to get feedback from teenagers at the best of times is hard but Lindsey connected with him and made our time in the store both enjoyable and a very caring experience as in she had my sons best interest at all times. Please pass on my thanks to Lyndsey and the other member of staff who when not busy with other customers would check in with us to see we where ok.

The staff were very professional and competent a special mention for Lindsey who met us when we walked into the store we laughed all the way throughout our tour of your shop all the staff were very friendly we had no problems choosing the two beds we needed so thanks again for all the help we were given we would have no problem recommending your shop to anyone who is looking to purchase a bed so thanks again

We were welcomed into the store, and asked what we were looking for. We were then offered drinks while we looked, and the pricing on the tickets was clearly explained. I felt we were really listened to when we were detailing what we would like and what was within our budget. I did not feel hounded or pushed as in some stores , which I really don't like, but at the same time I felt we had support and proper advice.

We were served by Max at the Aintree store, and from the moment we walked in the customer service we received was beyond what we had expected. We had been into two other mattress shops on that day just to look around and had no one approach us to offer help - mainly due to our age- but we were treated with respect from the get go from Max and he listened and understand our needs clearly and offered well balanced advice and helped us pick the correct mattresses for us. His product knowledge was exemplar, and we walked away with the products that we wanted and satisfied with the fair treatment that we received. Thank you Max you are a credit to your company

The aintree staff were very polite and extremely helpful, i didn’t feel pressured into buying anything, we were given lots of time to try a lot of different beds before we found the one.
