Max was very helpful and knowledgeable which helped us choose the right bed and mattress for our son. The range of products on offer were wide ranging, this is where Maxs expertise came in. Probably still be trying to make up our if he hadn't helped us. Thanks Max.

Max at the aintree store was fantastic. He greeted us on entry to the store we had said we were looking for a new super king mattress for a new bed. He pointed us into the direction of the stores find the perfect bed for you machine. He worked both with the results from this but also from our discussions of what we had previous and what both of us preferred. He also used his extensive subject knowledge to direct us mattresses which may also be of interest. It is very clear that Max is both extremely knowledgeable but also cares greatly both about customers and the brand for which he works. His explanations and guidance was fantastic, he left us to decide and to wonder the store and mull our decisions over. Its clear to both myself and my husband Chris that Max is a credit to your business and goes above and beyond.

I was pleased with the ease we could browse round the store and when we were ready to discuss a purchase Kelly was completely attentive to what we required.Even though we chose a firmer bed than recommended there was no problem with that.The atmosphere was very relaxed and helpful.

As soon as I walked into the store was welcomed by Kelly, she asked was there anything I needed, she showed me a few beds and mattress I was interested in I try beds and mattress, she helped me every step of the way to insure I got the right product and within my budget, highly recommend kelly

Colleagues very helpful, Jonny took a great deal of time to explore our options. Felt like we were buy the product rather than having it sold to us. He took time to understand our requirements and provide best advice. Kelly took the order the following day, very efficient and helpful.
