We have shopped in Dreams before and decided to replace our mattress so really went in with intention of browsing products before shopping around. We were greeted right away by Max and he was so helpful exploring our needs and explaining all the different mattresses and so we were happy to place our order. We also bought a bed frame for our spare room

Excellent service. Easy layout of store and pricing. Jonny introduced himself when we entered but left us alone to browse at our leisure until he was required. Ordering and payment was quick any easy and delivery was even quicker. Even the mattress bag for the old mattress was a bonus.
