The sales team listened and we’re extremely helpful in sorting out our needs

Was greeted with a smile as soon as we entered the store. Jonny at Aintree was very knowledgeable about the products,he was very pleasant and answered all my questions,didn't pressurise at all and let us test all the appropriate beds and gave us plenty of time and space to discuss and try out all our options before making a final decision. Was a pleasant experience all round.

Staff were extremely friendly. Offered water on the way in and were offered the interactive activity to assess which bed we needed. Gave lots of options. No pressure or following us around the store but there straight away as soon as we needed them. Gave books to our little girl too which kept her happy.

The team at Aintree could not be more helpful. Educated us about beds, listened to ourneeds

James attitude professionalism and very nice person who knew all about the products we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble for him infant we went to another bed shop the brds we liked were £300 cheaper not hss nice a dreams but we were not happy with how we were dealt with so went back to dreams and were treated again by James professionally.

Kelly made things very simple and spent time with me and my wife to make sure we got what we wonted

The assistant approached me instantly and guided me to the bed of my choice, then placed my order in white with prompt delivery.

Friendly sales person approached us and helped us with a a deal on a mattress bundle.

Everything was friendly and professional. All of our questions were answered. It made buying the right bed very easy.
