Naomi was very welcoming and knowledgable with all beds and mattresses myself and my girlfriend were interested in. We were offered a drink which was very nice and our whole experience with Naomi was a pleasure. We left the store extremely satisfied with the service we recieved. Thankyou Naomi 😊

Our advisor was a lady called Kelly. She was very knowledgeable and when we first visited on Thursday, we told her we weren't in a position to purchase on that particular day. She was not at all pushy and still offered the service of lying on the mattress to get a reading of what type of mattress was suitable. As a result of her professionalism and "not so pushy" attitude, we returned the following day to purchase a mattress and 2 pillows. Very happy with the service.

Went to store was given the chance to try the bed that knows what mattress best suits your needs was then taken round by Jonathan who showed me all the beds suitable explained about the base that I could purchase and let me try these beds out

We were served by Kelly. She came over to us as soon as we entered the store and asked if she could help. We explained that we werent too sure what sort of mattress we needed so she offered us the option to use the diagnostic mattress which was great. Once we had done that Kelly went through all our options and found us the perfect product. We are made up with our choice and cant wait for it to be delivered. Thank you Kelly!

From the minute we walked in we felt welcomed by staff. We had a discussion on what we wanted and was shown the beds we wanted. Even went out of way to look beds up online. Staff was really friendly and down to earth

We didn't feel rushed or pressure, the salesman gave us sufficient assistance without being too 'in your face'. He also provided any specific details we requested. Very helpful.
