We were approached quickly. Having explained what we were looking for, we were shown the various options and offered various combinations. We left satisfied but wanted to see if other retailers offered any other products that would suit. Having considered other options we went back to Dreams and purchased the product. The sales assistance was again helpful, hence we purchased from her.

Everyone was great and I enjoyed my time in the store the staff were nice know problems I glad I went to Dreams and it was a dream with the staff there.

Me and my partner were looking for a new mattress and the assistant Laura Kenny was very understanding of our needs and showed us a range of mattresses. We positioned ourselves on the Dreams mattress and got our bed suitability assessed. From that Laura was very helpful and new her stuff on the right type of mattress for us. Water was provided and she even kept our 18month old boy entertained whilst we were lying down trying out the beds which was kindly appreciated! Nothing seemed too much trouble and she knew the answers to all our questions. Laura is a great asset to your Company. Thank you Laura. We cant wait to receive our mattress on the 15th! James dealt with all of our queries in a fantastic and friendly way, extremely happy with the customer service received and even more pleased with the speedy delivery availability.

I thought the customer service I received was excellent. The sales person knew his stuff and I was allowed to try plenty of mattresses and have time to try them properly.

Had an excellent experience whilst In store on Saturday purchasing a new mattress. From the moment we stepped in we were greeted by Naomi who listened to what we wanted, and suggested I try the Bed Calibration before looking round to ensure we were looking for the correct bed. She was both friendly and professional and helped us decide on our purchase. I bought a new mattress and we will be returning to purchase the bed base and headboard nearer Xmas. Thank you Naomi 😊

Naomi was very patient and helpful. The machine you lay on so it can calculate the best mattress was impressive. I tend to get overwhelmed in big stores and having to spend a fair amount of money on a limited budget. Naomi was very receptive she listened and i didn't feel rushed. The small things like the free bottles of mineral water were very welcome. Plenty of sanitizing spray.
