I found that when I entered the store I was approached by a member of staff who was attentive and asked relevant questions , to be able to assist me he recommended I lie on the computerised mattress which assessed my needs and then guided me to matteresses which were compatible . The whole process was quick , informative and easy and I walked out of the store with an order . I didn’t expect the process to be so efficient but it helps with the right staff in the shop who are knowledgable and not pushy overall I was very impressed and looking forward to my new bed

Kelly was great, explained everything and even included my daughter in the experience too. We were not rushed, given plenty of choice an all our questions answered. We learnt new information about certain products. Offered a drink which was a nice touch. The shop was busy an she was juggling between people but that didn't put her off her stride.

I was highly satisfied with the help and guidance from Phillip, I explained what I need and he put together everything perfectly.

Kelly was very friendly and helpful during the process of selecting and paying for our new bed. I felt like she was truly invested in helping me out and this has made my shopping experience less stressful. She was very polite, professional and well spoken. The lady sat next to her in store was very much the same and the two of them kept entertained with friendly conversation whilst waiting on the finance company to confirm my details. A truly amazing shopping experience. Thanks a lot Kells
