Dreams - Abingdon

Good service, good product and a great price. We had already bought the bed from Dreams and were looking for a headboard. We came back to Dreams because it offered the best value for money and a suitable product.

The customer service was excellent, thorough and efficient, testing the beds was great, the store was immaculate, I found the perfect bed for me and it was at an extremely reasonable price.

I came out having bought a product that fitted my requirements, and it was different to what I had in mind when I went in.. The assistant showed me options I had not considered.

The assistant Hermione that we dealt with was extremely helpful and answered our questions without any problem.

Tom was extremely helpful and provided thorough details on the various options for a Tempur bed. He also checked the relationship to the Temperpedic bed we have back in the States, giving us some guidance on the particular bed to order. Definitely appreciated all his assistance!

Kevin who served us was excellent going through all the reasons why each mattress would work for us and which ones wouldn’t be right for us. When we had decided which matttress we would like he went through all our options if we had a problem and what we could do . An excellent salesman who does Not pressurise you. Well done Kevin
