The staff were lovely, very helpful and supported with carrying a mattress. Knowledgeable too.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and offered us a drink. My daughter said it was the best hot chocolate she ever had.

John at the Abingdon retail park store was extremely helpful and conscious of my needs , finding the right mattress for me with ease and was very accommodating to me wanting to make comparisons to be sure my purchase was right. He was also very welcoming offering me coffee and tea and ensuring I felt comfortable throughout my visit.

I only rang to ask about a mattress I was interested in (online purchase only), but Hannah was very helpful and mentioned that she actually had one in stock. The earliest online delivery would have been 5 weeks, but I was able to purchase it in-store immediately. It was a very heavy sprung mattress, but she brought it out to my car on her own. She was very efficient and she is a credit to your store 😁
