I was served by Kevin who was extremely helpful the moment I walked through the door. He already remembered my name which was pleasant, offered me a drink (tea, coffee, water) and showed me to the mattresses that I was deciding between. He offered plenty of advice and suggestions and gave me as much time as I needed to decide. Once I was ready, the process of placing my order was incredibly quick and easy. I really enjoyed coming into Dreams today, I’m very happy with my purchase and Kevin made things a thousand times easier, quicker and better for me! The manager on site was lovely too, very friendly and personable. Overall a great store, thank you very much.

The assistant (Hermione) was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Customer service was second to none. Good selection of beds and mattresses across the range of prices.

Returning customers following purchasing children's mattresses earlier in year. Assistants assisted rather than sold, volunteered number for customer services re a query over a previous product purchased and generally got on with it.

We were served by Carole on the day. Very friendly and approachable. Offered us her assistance without asking and left us to look at products whilst always being available when needed. Very satisfied with the product and with the service.

The salesman was very good and knew his job.

The staff member who assisted was very helpful. I have a medical condition, and was allowed to place a heavy purchase from another store on the retail site behind the desk while I was choosing my mattress. He also dropped off a set of pillows and a mattress protector that I purchased at the same time as the mattress at my flat on his day off (2 days after store visit) so I did not have to manage them on the bus with my walking stick.

Carole was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products I was looking for. She offered good advise and choices regarding the range (and colours) of beds, mattresses and headboards available. She showed me around the store so that I could see the options available and once we sat at the desk, offered me a drink. She appeared bright and cheerful, well dressed and we enjoyed a joke or two, making the experience an enjoyable one. She was also very helpful regarding delivery options etc and explained T&C's thoroughly.

Carole was very helpful and offered us coffee, tea or water which was awesome. She was very well mannered and helped us with deciding our purchase.
