Friendly and helpful staff, we were able to try different types mattresses, good information sharing about different types of mattresses, it was a pleasant experience

Sales man was very personable and helpful (Kevin). He made sure I got all the discounts available and helped with my request for a future delivery date. He also called a week or so later to confirm the delivery date I was looking for.

Customer service was brilliant, wasn’t pushy in any way and answered all our questions.

Hermione was both friendly and approachable both times we visited to look at the Eve Mattress, when it came to buying her knowledge of the mattress and other products like the pillows was in a class of its own 10/10, would highly recommend friends to visit this store when they need it as well as our selves we would be back there without a second thought.

The assistant Kevin was very helpful and whilst we only bought pillows on this day we will be returing in the next few days to buy the mattress we liked.
