Hermione, the store assistant, was very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. She explained the different types of sprung mattresses and guided us in the purchase.

The sales assistant quickly understood my requirements and directed me to the best product that would suit my needs.

Best customer service in the world award goes to IAN PEACEY from Dreams Abingdon branch!!(Okay,this sentence is a understatement but I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation for what Ian has done for us. From our very first step to the store till the very end, we were given the most attentive care and every detailed and honest advice as possible. We were given a pillow to have the most real feel of trying out the beds and also drinks to keep us comfortable. Me and my husband were initially quite clueless which to get but he has advised us brilliantly.This review slot don't allow me to write much but I would have submit 10 pages of review about him if I were allowed. The most touching thing that has to be mentioned is Ian has stayed back past his working hours just because there was an offer on the bed that I am interested at and I can't get to the store on time due to work reason. Ian, thank you for showing us how an excellent customer service can be like and I will definitely recommend my every family members and friends to get their bed from you. I hope the CEO of the company read this and make sure Ian gets his big bonus this xmas as this man totally deserve it !!

Helpful and knowledgeable staff who were polite and efficient.

Kevin was helpful without being overpowering. His knowledge of the products and their contents was excellent. He gave me a tea while processing the order and explained everything clearly. His manner was courteous and friendly.

Assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable of products. He left us to try out the beds and was available when we needed his advice on product details.
