Very informative member of the team and no pressure put on the purchase.

the assistant was knowledgeable and helpful. I felt no pressure to buy, she showed me the items i asked to see, explained their strengths, was polite and friendly. The store was light and airy, well laid out, many products out on display.

Even thou they were short staffed we were offered a coffee while waiting. we had chose a bed to start with but Kevin helped us find the correct one for our needs. And the overall customer service was exceptional.

Kevin was very helpful and knowledgeable without being 'pushy'. We arrived in the store with a strong idea of what we wanted after looking online beforehand. He offered us tea and coffee and made us feel important. He gave us great service and we have used Dreams before and would definitely use the Abingdon branch of Dreams again.
