Charlie was absolutely brilliant. She was efficient and had great product knowledge

I took my 87 year old very hard of hearing neighbour to buy a new mattress. Claire greeted us at the door and asked what we were looking for and how she could help. She then showed us three mattresses that fit the bill. She offered the old lady a pillow to make her more comfortable while she tried the mattresses and was careful to explain everything from the price, to protection and delivery. I was really happy that it could be delivered in just a few days. Also really happy that you would take the old one away. Claire even gave us a special bag to put the old one in. Claire went out of her way to be king to my neighbour and even offered us both a cup of coffee . She made the shopping trip very nice for my neighbour who doesn’t get out much and didn’t know what to expect. She was really taken aback how important Claire made her feel. On the way home she was telling me that she was going to call her friend and persuade her to get a new mattress as well. My neighbour is really looking forward to getting her new mattress

Found what we wanted really quickly, it is being delivered really quickly, and Hannah was a nice helpful girl

A friendly greeting as we entered store and great advice about the sort of mattress would best suit myself and partner. We were then shown mattresses recommended and we also advised about what pillows would suit our sleeping needs. We were provided with refreshments whilst we were left to independently try out mattresses and look at bed frames. The finance for our chosen products was a quick process and the delivery time for our bed worked well with our time frame. A friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service again as I’ve purchased several beds from this branch before.

The staff were very friendly and listened to our needs before taking us round to have a look. When we had a look they explained the options available with each bed that caught our eye.

We knew exactly what we wanted and the gentleman pointed us in exactly the right direction. He gave us advice without being over pushy and left us to decide but was there for any questions we had. When we had decided he placed our order and took payment very efficiently. We were very impressed with the service we received.

As soon as we entered the Abingdon Dreams store, we were greeted by a very friendly assistant. John was professional, attentive and knowledgeable. We talked through our requirements and were given numerous options, all supported with product information and guidance on what would work best for our needs. We left the store feeling completely satisfied with the items we had purchased and would definitely return. Overall, very happy customers!
