Helpful & knowledgable assistance

We were served by Hermione and she had excellent product knowledge. She was extremely helpful and patient and showed us enough products so that we were able to make an informed choice. She explained the difference between the mattresses that we were testing, offered coffee whilst we shopped,and clearly explained the prices and insurances when we sat down to pay. I would definitely recommend her and the Abingdon store to friends and family.

Hannah the sales assistant was very helpful as we were not sure what we wanted.She showed us several options and helped us to make the right choice.

The staff were welcoming but then left us alone for a while to try beds. They were available when we needed them but we didn’t feel rushed or pressurised and they didn’t lurk around while we tested several beds - a plus in our opinion. Both staff members also answered our questions about the many beds we were testing out. They were clearly keeping an eye on us to see if we needed anything, but were unobtrusive. We were offered different pillows to try out and also a nice cup of coffee!

Kevin and Hermione we’re extremely helpful with there expertise. It was a pleasure to shop at Abingdon store . They left me to browse the store but we’re on hand if I needed help . Would definitely return next time I’m shopping for a bed.

The salesman Ian was brilliant, really helpful and knowledgeable. And showed us points to consider we had not even thought off. We purchased as much from Ian as we did from Dreams

The shop was quiet, an assistant came over to say hello, I asked some questions which were answered. I was then left to browse and decide my purchase. When I was ready the assistant was still free and able to process my order quickly and pleasantly

Hannah answered all questions we asked her by us and found us a mattress we are satisfied with Hannah then explained the 40 day comfort guarantee which sounds very good

just excellent service - 2nd time around as returned due to great 1st time experience, Staff at Abingdon store are a credit to your organisation. well done
