Dreams - Abingdon

The assistant who helped us was very helpful and accommodating. She had the answers to any questions we asked of her and she did not 'rush' us to make a decision of purchase. The store was clean and friendly although being a Monday was not at all busy. We were also offered refreshments while the order was being completed and all delivery details were satisfactory for our needs.

Ian the assistant in the Abingdon store was really helpful. We visited in January and he listened to what we were thinking about and talked to us openly about what would be the best options - we left the store knowing that when we were ready for a bed we would come back to this store. We then returned to the store Easter weekend and Ian was there again we had chosen the bed but he helped us pick the matress using the machine and giving us helpful advice throughout.

The assistant Rachel was friendly and helpful. She made sure that she had spelt everything correctly. We were offered tea/coffee or water. She also interacted with my children which alot of sales assistants don't do. She explained all the optional extras for us.

We were greeted when we arrived and left to browse before being helped by Racheal who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable without being too pushy, she helped us choose our our mattress which was delivered yesterday by a friendly delivery team and we are absolutely delighted with it.

We were served by Ian not long after we arrived. He asked us how we were, what we were looking for and if he could assist in anyway. He helped us with us the new mattress machine and got us a tea. He was so wonderfully helpful and knowledgeable and so patient. Once we had decided on our purchase he swiftly finished everything off. He was just fantastic throughout.

Rachael at the Didcot store couldn't be more helpful and friendly

the criteria we placed on our order for use and delivery time were fully met. the store assistant at Fairacres Abingdon, Rachael, knew her product range and was able to meet the very short delivery time we stipulated.

The lady who assisted us in store was extremely helpful and patient - we had a number of glasses of water and coffees! Once we had decided on which mattress, base and headboard, the order process was quick and efficient.

Very cheerful and friendly could not do better to halp us very pleased.
