Excellent service lots of information given nothing was to much trouble.Wasent Pushed into buying in fact we went back 3days later. Well satisfied

After going to the store next door to dreams and not getting the service expected ,I left and went next door to dreams getting a good friendly face and good service i bought my new bed which is being delivered on friday which I'm sure I'm going to be delighted with all being well thankyou dreams.

The very nice assistant who served us, Kerry of Abingdon, was as helpful as possible. He used the machine to determine the type of mattress we needed (we had no idea) then took us to all those types of mattresses. He got us specific side sleeper pillows so we could test them correctly and even gave us very sound advice on why we should purchase within a certain price range. I don’t think I have ever had such good customer assistance.

Nothing was too much trouble for the assistant , so friendly . Nice to find a store with such helpful staff these days, we were very pleased with our visit nice touch with the coffee.

Racheal was fantastic at explaining the process of purchasing a mattress and all the options available to me including the extras I may need

With the help of the shop assistant we found everything we needed and now have much more comfortable mattresses than before.

We were given just the right amount of help. The assistants were helpful with their advice but not pushy. We wanted new pillows but we’re not sure which ones the advice we received was extremely helpful and new pillows were purchased.

Advisor greeted upon arrival and product knowledge was fantastic. Really friendly and no pressure to buy.

I was only in your shop a short time and got the perfect mattress for my bed and the price was fantastic and the service very good I’m a very happy customer thank you
