Very friendly and helpful service with Charlie the sales assistant at the Abingdon Store. Directed me to the bed I was looking for straight away and then helped me decide on the mattress which was part of a deal that day.

Great personal service, efficient and friendly

We were given plenty of advice and time to mull things over - there is plenty of choice and there were some good offers on too. Charli was very helpful and informative, she also dealt with us swiftly and explained everything to us. She was great.

We visited the Abingdon store and John who dealt with our requirements treated us like family, his knowledge was second to none. He offered us beverages even the bottle of water I had was offered at cold or room temperature. The store was spotlessly clean. We wanted a ottoman bed which John demonstrated to us, after choosing a bed we needed a mattress so we’re taken to the mattress test machine, We felt a little anxious about taking the test but John made this a relaxed experience. After the test we were shown the mattresses once we had chosen the ordering & paying process was easy. It’s not every day of the week that you buy a new bed but our overall experience was fantastic.
